Key Responsibilities
Exceptional Client Service: Act as the primary contact for clients, delivering prompt and accurate assistance with their insurance inquiries.
Policy Oversight: Manage policy questions, modifications, and updates efficiently.

Qualifications
A valid Property & Casualty insurance license is mandatory.
Experience in Customer Service: Previous experience in a customer service capacity is advantageous.

Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
