As we expand our portfolio, we are seeking dedicated Community Managers to oversee various locations throughout the Greater Phoenix Area.


Your Role and Responsibilities:
As a Community Operations Leader, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of one of our stunning communities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Achieving or surpassing revenue targets by strategically setting rental rates and managing operational costs.
  • Preparing and analyzing monthly financial reports with insightful forecasting to enhance the financial performance of the property.
  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of administrative and service staff, aligning their efforts with community goals.
  • Managing the recruitment process and overseeing employee performance through constructive feedback and effective HR practices.
  • Conducting regular inspections of the property, developing, and implementing plans for enhancements.


What We Are Looking For:
We hope to find candidates who possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in people management.
  • At least 3 years of operational experience in a luxury multifamily environment.
  • Proven skills in coaching and team development.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong financial acumen and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Experience with property management software such as Resman or Yardi is highly desirable.
  • A foundational understanding of written and spoken English.
