Position Summary:

We are in search of a highly skilled Senior Systems Integration Specialist to enhance our team. This role involves supporting government initiatives by managing and ensuring the integrity of the NSG/ASG systems-of-systems framework. The Specialist will be responsible for directing and supervising planning, implementation strategies, testing, documentation, and maintenance of comprehensive cloud services, systems, or subsystems utilizing established processes and tools. This position offers end-to-end support throughout the system development life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute systems integration tasks across NSG, ASG, and Federal Agencies to guarantee timely and precise GEOINT.
  • Oversee a holistic systems perspective, including a thorough technical understanding of the interrelationships, dependencies, and requirements of cloud services, infrastructure, and security domains.
  • Manage the preparation of engineering plans and technical design packages for site installations.
  • Supervise the activities of Senior, Mid, and Junior-level contractor Integration Engineers.
  • Assist the government in integrating program and project solutions that span organizational boundaries, budget programs, development contracts, and sensor segments, necessitating a collaborative approach to ensure seamless integration of components aligned with technical roadmaps.
  • Provide interface/service definition support to recommend, develop, document, and implement necessary interfaces to realize the NGA vision as outlined in the GEOINT CONOPS 2022 and CIO-T Strategy 2022.
  • Collaborate with Program Offices Engineers to synchronize individual program, segment, and project solutions across the enterprise, ensuring comprehensive completion of enterprise objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM field, or equivalent expert-level experience as a Systems Integrator.
  • Proven experience in integrating solutions utilizing Cloud-Based Technologies such as Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), On-demand self-service, Broad network access, Resource pooling, Rapid elasticity, Measured Service, Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS).
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in architecting and developing large-scale, service-oriented software products.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering, including processes, tools, and languages.
  • Experience in integrating solutions using both structured and unstructured Big Data.
  • Knowledge of integrating solutions that leverage Automation, Augmentation, and Artificial Intelligence technologies.
