Your Role in Ensuring Wellness:
Strategic Leadership:
- Craft and implement robust infection control strategies, aligning with evidence-based practices and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for employee health and safety.
Employee Health Advocate:
- Oversee employee health programs, streamlining processes and ensuring comprehensive care.
- Develop and implement comprehensive infection control and employee health orientation programs.
Quality Assurance Expert:
- Collaborate across departments to ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation requirements.
- Ensure meticulous record-keeping and maintenance of employee health records.
Innovative Problem-Solver:
- Utilize your expertise to address complex healthcare challenges and implement cutting-edge solutions.
- Craft and implement policies and procedures for a seamless onboarding process.
Continuous Improvement Champion:
- Drive initiatives to enhance patient care, staff safety, and overall quality.
- Support administration with employee health databases and compliance.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in healthcare, showcasing your profound understanding of the healthcare landscape.
- Current RN license for the state (MD), demonstrating your commitment to clinical excellence.
- Bachelor's degree (BSN) highly desirable, amplifying your healthcare acumen.
