Job Details:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Tester for Medicaid Benefits to join our team at Stellar Professionals in Columbus, Ohio. This role involves testing and verifying the accuracy and integrity of our Medicaid systems, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with our Systems Implementation team to implement best practices.

About the Position:

This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. You will work closely with our QA team to identify and resolve system issues, develop and execute test scripts, and provide feedback and recommendations to improve the overall quality of our Medicaid systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test and validate Medicaid eligibility systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues
  • Develop and execute test scripts to simulate real-world scenarios
  • Adhere to formal QA processes to ensure industry-accepted best practices
  • Work closely with the SI team to implement changes and improvements
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve the overall quality of our Medicaid systems

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 7 years of experience in HHS Eligibility Systems and Policy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing
  • Working knowledge of test management software
