Position: Senior Structural Engineer

Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough reviews of construction documents as necessary.
  • Organize, plan, and coordinate structural engineering projects, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams throughout the planning, design, and construction stages.
  • Develop and evaluate calculations, drawings, and specifications pertaining to seismic and wind assessments, foundation design, structural framing evaluations, and bracing design.
  • Demonstrated experience in the renovation and modification of existing structures is essential.
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design software is required.
Essential Qualifications
  • U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with at least 10 years of relevant experience (nuclear sector preferred) in design, estimation, specification development, and construction documentation.
  • In-depth knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local codes and standards related to structural engineering design is required.
  • Professional Engineer License is preferred but not obligatory.
