We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in the Emergency Department at Ball Memorial Hospital. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Participate in the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Develop and maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients and families.
- Graduation from a nationally accredited licensed practical nursing program.
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) LPN license.
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
