Job Summary

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team in a per diem capacity. As a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities
  • Provide primary and specialty care to infants, children, and adolescents in a hospital setting.
  • Conduct thorough physical exams, take medical histories, and order diagnostic tests as needed.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices in pediatric care.
Requirements
  • Current APRN national specialty certification.
  • Minimum of a master's degree in a related field.
  • TX license required.
  • Must have 24 inpatients contacts in the past 24 months.
