Pediatrix Medical Group, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a per diem basis. As a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to infants and children in our newborn nursery.
Responsibilities:
- Provide primary and specialty care to infants and children in our newborn nursery
- Collaborate with our team of physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Conduct routine check-ups, administer vaccinations, and provide education to patients and families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Current APRN national specialty certification
- Minimum of a master's degree
- TX license required
- Must have 24 inpatient contacts in the past 24 months
