Orthopedic Surgeon Foot and Ankle Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team of healthcare professionals in Palmdale, CA. As a Foot & Ankle Specialist, you will have the opportunity to provide expert orthopedic care to patients with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions affecting the lower extremities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and diagnose patients with foot and ankle injuries, deformities, arthritis, fractures, ligament and tendon injuries, and other orthopedic conditions.
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific condition, preferences, and functional goals.
  • Perform surgical procedures to address foot and ankle conditions, including but not limited to, arthroscopy, ligament reconstruction, tendon repair, joint replacement, fracture fixation, and corrective osteotomy.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care for patients throughout the treatment continuum.
  • Stay current with advances in foot and ankle surgery, orthopedic technology, and evidence-based practice through continuing medical education and professional development activities.
Requirements:
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Completion of an orthopedic surgery residency program with fellowship training in foot and ankle surgery.
  • Board certification or eligibility for certification by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery.
  • Current state medical licensure and DEA registration.
  • Strong surgical skills and experience in managing complex foot and ankle conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
