Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiology Director to lead our medical imaging department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiologic technology, supervisory experience, and a passion for ensuring patient safety and staff competency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and supervision to the radiology department, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Oversee human resource functions, including training and staff competency.
  • Develop and manage budgets to meet departmental and organizational goals.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and ongoing monitoring of departmental indicators.
  • Perform radiology technician duties as needed to support the department.
Requirements
  • Associates Degree in radiologic technology from an AMA-accredited program.
  • Supervisory experience in medical imaging functions.
  • Current state license as a Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) and Fluoroscopy permit from the California Department of Public Health (CDPH).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local regulatory standards.
