Job Summary

Tract is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Paralegal to join its team in Denver, Colorado. As a key member of the legal department, this individual will play a critical role in the execution of large-scale industrial land acquisition transactions nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and Manage Land Acquisitions: Conduct thorough reviews of land acquisitions and sales, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Coordinate Acquisition and Sales Processes: Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage the acquisition and sales process, from initial due diligence to closing.
  • Entitlement, Development, and Construction Processes: Assist in obtaining necessary permits, variances, and rezoning approvals for development projects.
  • Corporate, Infrastructure, and Vendor Matters: Provide support on corporate, infrastructure, and vendor-related transactional and regulatory matters.
Requirements
  • Paralegal Certifications or Bachelor's Degree: Required for this position.
  • Minimum 7 Years of Experience: As a paralegal in a corporate or real estate legal department or law firm.
  • Strong Knowledge of Real Estate and Corporate Law: Familiarity with real estate and corporate law principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent Research, Writing, and Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct thorough research, draft high-quality documents, and analyze complex data.
  • Proficiency in Legal Research Tools and Software: Familiarity with contract management systems and corporate record-keeping practices.
  • Ability to Prioritize Tasks and Manage Multiple Projects: Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex information to stakeholders.
  • Commitment to Confidentiality and Ethical Standards: Willingness to maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all aspects of the job.
  • Willingness to Learn and Adapt: Ability to learn new areas of law and adapt to changing business needs.
