About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of financial advisors

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in insurance products and financial planning
  • Extensive training and experience in financial planning and management
  • 4+ years of experience in insurance management and leadership
  • Proven track record of recruiting, training, and motivating high-performing sales teams
  • Active Life/Health license for the state
  • Series 7, 24 preferred or at least within six months
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Good credit history
