Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver patient care tailored to the specific needs of individuals based on their age and condition
  • Assist with morning routines, including bathing, oral hygiene, grooming, and general cleanliness of the patient’s environment
  • Provide evening care, ensuring comfort and hygiene through various tasks
  • Support patients during meal times, including serving and assisting with eating as necessary
  • Respond to patient calls, anticipate needs, and conduct regular rounds
  • Help patients manage personal belongings such as glasses, dentures, and hearing aids
  • Document any changes in patient conditions or behaviors and report them to nursing staff
  • Assist licensed nursing personnel with treatment and care procedures
  • Perform additional duties as required
Qualifications:
  • Current CPR/BCLS Certification
  • Preferred experience of at least six months in a healthcare setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
