**Job Summary**

The Senior Sales Support Representative will provide exceptional service and support for Highridge Medical by performing key duties:

  • Delivering prompt responses, friendly interactions, and superior support that exceeds customer expectations.
  • Serving as a liaison between field sales agents, distributors, and internal teams by managing sales order activity, inventory replenishments, product inquiries, and investigating order shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials needed for surgery.
  • Developing and enhancing product knowledge through training, webinars, learning modules, and partnerships with sales, marketing, sales training, and medical education.
  • Performing various office clerical tasks requiring knowledge of office systems and procedures, including answering telephones, typing, operating office machines, document scanning, and filing.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Monitoring orders submitted by the ERP system.
  • Responding to high-level sales support requests regarding product availability, par levels, order completion, tracking shipments, order history, or other customer concerns.
  • Supporting orders placed in the field by communicating with distributor office managers or reps to ensure order accuracy and availability.
  • Managing internal controls such as product access, restrictions, backorders, par levels, and more.
  • Utilizing Enterprise Resource Planning/Manufacturing Resource Planning software programs to loan, receive, ship, issue, and monitor inventory while coordinating with shipping companies when necessary.
  • Scheduling pick-ups and contacting 3rd-party carriers to deliver products on time.
  • Collaborating with supply chain, warehouse, and operations departments to fulfill orders.
  • FOLLOWING DIRECTIONS CLOSELY AND POSSESSING OWNERSHIP RESPONSIBILITY FOR TASKS.
  • Training field sales, office staff, and independent sales agents on proper kit management and ensuring they are trained on systems and processes.
  • Developing and enhancing product knowledge through training, webinars, learning modules, interaction, and partnership with sales, marketing, sales training, med ed.
  • Participating in group and project meetings as required.
  • Backing up reception duties as needed.
  • BUILDING POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS AND AN ARENA OF TRUST WITH DISTRIBUTORS, OFFICE STAFF, SALES REPRESENTATIVES, SALES MANAGEMENT, AND OTHER INTERNAL BUSINESS PARTNERS, INCLUDING OPERATIONS, SUPPLY CHAIN, MARKETING, FINANCE, IT, ETC.
  • Performing duties in compliance with applicable regulations such as FDA, ISO, etc., or other standard company guidelines and practices.
  • Requiring participation in departmental 24-hour emergency 'on-call' service is a requirement of this position.
