We are looking for a nurse who is passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a home health setting. Our ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to excellence, respect, integrity, compassion, and social responsibility.

Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 care to pediatric patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly rate starting at $46/hr for RNs and $30/hr for LPNs

Requirements
