About the Role

BAYADA at Inspira Home Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in a part-time capacity. As an Admissions Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in their homes.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and goals
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families to promote independence and self-care
  • Document all interactions and interventions in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in NJ
  • Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience
  • Prior home care experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
