Product Owner

We are seeking a seasoned ERP software professional to play a critical role in bringing our products to market. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and promoting the vision for existing and new product integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scope, budget, prioritize, and manage product integration projects through all phases of development, from inception to deployment.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Development team members, including developers, UX/UI designers, QA, and the leadership team to recommend solutions and offer user-inspired guidance for enhancing our new and existing EBizCharge product integrations.
  • Attend Agile Product Development meetings, including Backlog Groomings, Sprint Plannings, Scrum Standups, and Sprint Retrospectives.
  • Provide consultation as the subject matter expert for product-related questions originating internally and externally.
  • Help troubleshoot, escalate, and prioritize reported product issues to ensure timely resolutions.
Requirements:
  • Consultancy experience implementing, configuring, and maintaining ERP applications and associated add-ons is required.
  • Experience using and supporting Sales Order, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable modules is required.
  • Experience providing training and/or demonstrating products or software is preferred.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to build rapport and relationships with customers and internal stakeholders is essential.
  • Self-starter with exceptional troubleshooting skills is required.
  • Experience using Jira, TestRail, and Salesforce is a plus.
