As an enterprise SaaS provider, Visit addresses the growing demand for socially responsible workplaces amidst the transition to hybrid workflows. Our proprietary content spans over 90 countries, offering the necessary infrastructure for purpose-driven engagement among employees and clients. Our clientele includes notable brands such as Colgate, Paramount, and Adobe.
Key Responsibilities:
Our team will support you in coordinating all event details, including logistics and staffing. We need you to be our on-site coordinator for engaging and impactful events that support meaningful causes.
Event Preparation:
Participate in virtual planning sessions with all stakeholders, including corporate partners and nonprofit organizations.
On-Site Coordination:
Take charge of in-person events by:
- Setting up and aligning with the on-site team.
- Managing the check-in process and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Addressing issues such as missing supplies or technology challenges promptly.
- Providing updates and documentation to the Events Team throughout the event.
- Assisting with the breakdown and cleanup after the event concludes.
Fluency in English with excellent communication skills is essential. Candidates should be based in the local area and possess:
- Flexibility to work on a contract basis as needed.
- Experience in managing both large-scale and intimate events.
- Proven ability to enhance the customer experience at events.
- Resourcefulness and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer service.
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
