Job Overview

The Carlile Group is seeking a highly skilled Lead Architectural Designer to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $51,500 - 64,500 annually paid hourly.

We strive to provide visionary and logical recommendations to help our clients achieve their goals. The ideal candidate should be fluent in drafting, design, and general office software programs and operating systems including:

  • Autodesk AutoCAD
  • Trimble Sketchup
  • VRay
  • Microsoft Office (Including Project)
  • Apple OS
  • Factor
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for architectural design, drafting, and development of construction documents, specifications, and construction cost analysis. They should be able to prepare detailed construction documentation with minimal direction and develop construction schedules and coordination as needed. Effective communication and interaction with clients are essential.

A bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field is required, along with completion of coursework. Enrolment in the National Council of Architectural Registration Board (NCARB) Intern Development Program (IDP) with a focus on pursuing licensure is also necessary.
