The current opportunity is offered as a full-time position. Wage range is approximated between $44,000 – 56,000 annually paid hourly. Benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan with employer contribution, performance bonus compensation, paid vacation, and personal time.

Candidate should be fluent in drafting, design, and general office software programs and operating systems including:

· Autodesk AutoCAD

· Trimble Sketchup

· VRay

· Microsoft Office (Including Project)

· Apple OS

· Factor

What will you do?

Primary responsibilities include architectural design, drafting, and development of construction documents, specifications, and construction cost analysis. Ability to prepare detailed construction documentation with minimal direction is a must. Development of construction schedules and coordination may also be required. The prospective team member should be capable of interacting with clients in a professional manner. Motivation to help develop our firm and deliver our high-quality services to our clients is imperative.

Education and Experience:

Candidate should have completed coursework and obtained bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field; or completion of a 5-year professional undergraduate degree.

Candidate should be enrolled in the National Council of Architectural Registration Board (NCARB) Intern Development Program (IDP) with candidate pursuing licensure.
