Key Responsibilities- Strategic Management
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance market positioning for rehab services, aligning with overall PCH goals and expectations.
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians and other key stakeholders to drive program growth and improved outcomes.
- Provide expert evidence-based documents using data to drive decisions and monitor progress.
- Financial Management
- Develop and manage budgets, identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiencies and increase profitability within rehab services.
- Ensure compliance with all billing requirements within the state of Arizona.
- Clinical Leadership
- Provide clinical expertise and upskill staff as needed to ensure high-quality care.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation, evaluations, and consults according to hospital, state, and federal policy.
- Performance Improvement
- Identify key performance indicators and establish data collection methodology to evaluate performance data and respond to outcome measurement findings.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve overall quality, safety, customer service, and financial performance within the service line.
- Human Resources
- Identify staffing needs and develop action plans to meet these needs, including recruitment and selection of qualified applicants.
- Conduct staff evaluations, assist with goal setting, and implement performance development and corrective actions as needed.
