Key Responsibilities
  • Production Planning: Develop and implement production plans to meet business objectives, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure products meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing company safety policies and procedures, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving materials, to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. industrial engineering, business administration) preferred.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in a production or operations role, with 3+ years of leadership experience.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP, with experience in inventory management and process improvement.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working a 12-hour rotating shift schedule. The role requires frequent walking, standing, and lifting, with exposure to a manufacturing environment.
