    • Provide ongoing assessment and evaluation of the clinical program to ensure needs are met for individuals seeking services and the mission of HealingUS Centers
  • Staff Supervision and Development
    • Manage all members of clinical staff, including onboarding, orientation, supervision, and evaluating job performance
    • Provide individual and group clinical supervision to licensed and non-licensed employees and record/document accordingly
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
  • Community Partnerships and Networking
    • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to enhance clinical services and outcomes
    • Participate in community presentations and program marketing to promote HealingUS Centers and its services
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Valid clinical license in the state of Florida (LMHC preferred) with additional Qualified Supervisor Eligibility
    • Minimum of five years of administrative and supervisory experience in clinical services (MH/SUD preferred) or related supervision
  • Skills and Knowledge
    • Experience and knowledge of direct behavioral health services, including assessment, treatment, and consultation
    • Familiarity with the disease concept of addiction and knowledge of mental health treatment interventions
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop clinical staff
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, staff, and external partners
