Job Title: Registered Nurse - NICU

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to provide exceptional care to our patients and their families. As a Registered Nurse in our NICU, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team, and contributing to a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns and their families
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Current registration in Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse
  • Experience in a Level II or Level III NICU setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
