Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Route Sales Representative to join our team at Worldwide Equipment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering parts to customers, promoting our products and services, and developing sales plans to achieve a greater market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver parts to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers
  • Utilize time and territory management skills to optimize sales routes and minimize travel time
  • Work with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to meet those needs

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience dealing with customers in a sales and/or service capacity
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Customer-friendly appearance and mannerisms, representing the company in a professional manner

Working Conditions:

The position requires extended periods of standing, walking, and lifting, as well as driving. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
