Job Title: Clinical Professional

Job Summary:

The Idaho Division of Human Resources is seeking a skilled Clinical Professional to join our team. As a Clinical Professional, you will be responsible for providing assessment, multifaceted rehabilitative services to clients and families, and staff consultation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply clinical skills to assess client and family needs and formulate assessment and therapeutic recommendations.
  • Design, implement, and direct clinical therapies and rehabilitation programs.
  • Provide clinical case management services, including emergency, crisis intervention, and forensic services.
  • Evaluate treatment effectiveness and client/family outcomes.
  • Presents assessment results to multidisciplinary team and participates in treatment planning.

Requirements:

  • Licensure in one of the following: Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Good knowledge of mental health and developmental disability social services/support services.
