Kitchen Position at Cumberland Falls State Park

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Kitchen position at Cumberland Falls State Park in Corbin, KY.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare food items using standardized recipes in a timely manner.
  • Determine food and supplies needed and coordinate meal production with serving hours.
  • Prepare all special dietary needs as directed by the menus.
  • Monitor all food items to ensure they meet minimum guidelines for temperature, taste, and quality.
  • Ensure the proper preparation, portioning, and serving of foods as indicated on the menu cycle and standardized recipes.
  • Taste and prepare food to determine quality.
  • Maintain or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards.
  • Assist with orientation and training of new kitchen employees.
  • Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures.
  • Attend all in-services as required.
  • Follow all local, state, and federal policies regarding food handling.
  • Assist with proper documentation of temperature logs, taste panel forms, and cleaning schedules.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Successful completion of recognized food safety course preferred.

Pay Details:

$12.00 per hour
