Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse with Infojini Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a hospital setting. Your primary focus will be on assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to prioritize patient care and ensure seamless delivery of services
* Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and care plans

Requirements

* Current RN licensure in the state of practice
* BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
