- Manage and maximize assigned territory to achieve sales goals.
- Conduct exterior property inspections to identify wind and hail damage.
- Convert inspections to claims filed and contracts signed.
- Review scope of work and sign contracts with homeowners.
- Meet with insurance adjusters on property and collect funds and insurance deductibles from homeowners.
- Obtain referrals from customers on approved sales and networking.
- Build relationships with homeowners by earning trust and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Educate customers on the industry, products, and AmeriPro's policies and procedures.
- Manage sales pipeline via our CRM and maintain constant communication with Sales Leadership, homeowners, and office staff.
- Performance-based pay (based on activities)
- Commission on approved sales
- $62,400 - $266,000 / year (expected yearly earnings)
- Vehicle allowance (for qualifying vehicles)
- Quarterly bonus

- Office support staff (lead generation, customer service, inside sales, supplements, estimating, production)
- Training and development program
- W-2 position (not 1099)
- Company-issued leads provided (supplement self-generated)

- 2+ years of proven full-cycle sales experience (preferred)
- Reliable working vehicle with insurance coverage (10 years or newer preferred to qualify for allowance)
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Smartphone capable of downloading apps and taking pictures
- Industry knowledge (a plus)
- Previous experience using a CRM platform
- Experience following a documented consultative sales system (preferred)
- Self-sufficient and able to work independently
- Dedication to personal career development
- Valid driver's license (any state applicable)
- 21 years of age or older (preferred for insurance purposes)
