Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Guest Service Support Expert to join our team at Marriott. As a key member of our food and beverage operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to food and beverage operations, including setting tables, assisting the kitchen, and cleaning work areas and replenishing supplies.
  • Deliver a wide range of services to make transactions feel like part of the experience.
  • Ensure that food and beverage operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No related work experience required, but previous experience in a food and beverage environment preferred.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
