Timekeepers Security Inc. is seeking a motivated Administrative Support and Training Specialist to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to manage office tasks while also engaging in field training for personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Effectively communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to address inquiries, relay information, process orders, and resolve issues.
• Manage incoming calls, directing them appropriately and taking messages as needed.
• Organize, duplicate, categorize, and maintain records of office operations, business dealings, and various activities.
• Utilize office equipment, including copiers, scanners, fax machines, voicemail systems, and computers.
• Keep filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems current and organized.
• Process incoming mail, respond to correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail.
• Provide on-site training for employees, ensuring adherence to operational procedures and company policies.
• Educate personnel on security regulations and protocols.
• Order necessary supplies, equipment, or services as required.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Must successfully pass a drug screening and background investigation.
• Must maintain a clean driving record.
• Availability to work some weekends or evenings and be on call during alternating weekends may be required.
• Relevant experience is highly advantageous.
Employment Type/Compensation:
• Full-Time
• $15/hour
