Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team at Northwestern Memorial Healthcare. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality computed tomography imaging and patient care services to patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Position patients and select anatomic and technical parameters accurately, utilizing ALARA principles during examinations.
  • Implement radiation protection and safety standards, preparing for and assisting the physician in computed tomography procedures, including interventional procedures.
  • Perform reconstruction of CT images and prepare and administer contrast media and/or medications within the scope of practice and applicable state and federal regulations.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technologist program.
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Certification.
  • ARRT certification on Computed Tomography (CT) within one year of hire.
  • CPR-Basic Life Support.
  • Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) licensure.
Preferred Qualifications
  • One year of Radiology Technologist experience.
