Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team at Northwestern Memorial Healthcare. As a CT Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality imaging services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Position patients and select anatomic and technical parameters accurately to ensure high-quality images.
  • Implement radiation protection and safety standards to minimize patient exposure.
  • Prepare for and assist physicians in computed tomography procedures, including interventional procedures.
  • Perform reconstruction of CT images and prepare contrast media and/or medications as needed.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technologist program.
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Certification.
  • ARRT certification on Computed Tomography (CT) within one year of hire.
  • CPR-Basic Life Support certification.
  • Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) licensure.
Preferred Qualifications
  • One year of Radiology Technologist experience.
Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role include lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds and pushing/pulling forces up to 50 pounds.
