Qualifications:
Preferred understanding of plumbing systems (water flow, pipes, valves, etc.) and electrical mechanical devices (i.e., motors, switches, etc.).

Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions, including the use of a procedure manual.

Must demonstrate the capability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

A High School Diploma or GED is preferred; relevant experience with a stable work history is also acceptable.

Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Must be able to obtain a DOT Card.

Basic proficiency in math skills and diagnostic tools, including handheld devices.

Ability to frequently lift and/or move 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions, including the use of a procedure/training manual.

Primo Water maintains a drug-free workplace.

Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.

Understanding of plumbing, electrical, and/or construction principles.

Ability to work at heights of 10 ft. or more using a ladder.

Key Responsibilities:


The Facility Technician will operate a company-provided vehicle to transport collections and parts between facilities.

Ideal candidates for this role are self-driven individuals with a solid driving history, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

You must maintain a clean driving record and have the ability to obtain a medical DOT card.


Responsibilities include safely driving a company vehicle to shuttle monetary collections and/or parts between facilities while adhering to all security protocols established by Primo regarding vehicle operation.

Maintain vehicle cleanliness at all times and promptly report any malfunctions.

Conduct pre-trip inspections.

Report any vehicle issues and defects to the Director of Field Operations.

Operate the vehicle in compliance with all DOT standards and regulations.

Transport and deliver goods according to the established schedule.

Properly secure loads.

Verify the count and condition of goods loaded and unloaded.

Unload or assist in unloading freight.

Perform post-trip inspections.

Service repairable supplies and/or equipment for reintegration into the inventory system. Responsibilities may include refurbishing carbon tanks and cleaning reverse osmosis membranes.

May be required to perform occasional fieldwork based on operational needs.


Willingness to work overtime as necessary, with advance scheduling when possible.

May be assigned additional projects, duties, or tasks as required.

Expect frequent driving and travel, including overnight stays, weekend on-call duty, and regular overtime.
