Job Title: Owner Operator Recruiter AZ

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively communicate with potential owner operators to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
  • Provide proactive support to current owner operators to enhance their experience and retention.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our owner operator program to provide accurate information and guidance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential issues that may impact customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our recruitment and onboarding processes.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in customer relations or business development in the trucking industry.
  • Basic understanding of marketing and small business management principles.
  • Associate's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
