We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance RN to join our team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a Quality Assurance RN, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality of patient care and improving clinical performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Abstract, analyze, and report data to support clinical performance improvement activities and peer review.
- Initiate clinical care quality improvement and performance monitoring in collaboration with department staff, leadership, and providers.
- Work with the Medical, Nursing, and Ancillary teams to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Participate in applicable measure outcome committees to drive quality improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
- Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
- At least 3 years of experience in a hospital or physician practice environment.
- Data abstraction experience.
- Electronic medical records experience.
- Software applications experience, including Word Processing and Excel.
- Research and statistics experience.
