Position Overview:
This role involves working as a CT Technologist within a fast-paced setting, focusing on delivering high-quality imaging services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct CT scans for a diverse patient population, including infants, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics.
- Operate Siemens and GE imaging equipment proficiently.
- Collaborate with medical teams to ensure optimal patient care and imaging outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in CT imaging, with preference for candidates with additional experience.
- Required certifications include BLS, ARRT(R), and ARRT(CT).
- Familiarity with inpatient, ER, and adult ICU settings is essential.
Work Environment:
- This position is located in a busy emergency department, where the pace is rapid and requires adaptability.
- The role may involve handling trauma cases and emergency situations.
Additional Information:
- Candidates should be prepared for a demanding caseload, with expectations of performing multiple scans per shift.
- The use of EPIC and Visage systems is integral to the workflow.
