Position Summary

The Retail Key Holder plays a crucial role in managing the daily operations of the store, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities include motivating the sales team, implementing business strategies, and training new employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in overseeing store inventory management.
  • Provide training and ongoing education for team members.
  • Organize and execute promotional events tailored to the retail environment.
  • Maintain a clean and visually appealing retail space.
  • Implement business strategies aimed at attracting new customers.
  • Protect company assets and train team members to minimize loss.

Essential Skills

  • Proficient in computer and technology applications.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Basic administrative skills, including printing and scanning.
  • Strong communication abilities.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail setting, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to analyze sales data.
  • Understanding of the Grunt Style brand and ethos.

Work Environment

This position is part-time, with operational hours from Sunday to Saturday. Open availability is preferred.
