  • Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate systems upgrades and migrations.
  • Troubleshoot by diagnosing the root causes of issues, formulating resolutions, and executing successful fixes.
  • Utilize extensive knowledge of system administration, infrastructure, and network architecture to guarantee efficient, reliable, and optimal system operations.
  • Conduct regular system backups and implement disaster recovery protocols.
  • Establish and Maintain network security protocols, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
  • Perform system performance evaluations and capacity planning to ensure scalability.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Certifications

  • MCSE or CCNP
  • Experience
  • A minimum of 9 years in a Senior Systems Engineer or equivalent role, with experience in:
    • Network infrastructure and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
    • System administration across Windows and Linux operating systems.
    • Virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
    • AWS and/or Azure cloud computing platforms.
    • Network security principles and best practices.
  • Proven ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, transitioning seamlessly between the two.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational capabilities.
  • Demonstrated management, leadership, and mentoring skills.
