Position Overview

At Direct Orthopedic Care, we foster an environment where Physician Assistants can operate independently with surgical support, while developing a non-surgical orthopedic practice within their local area. Our focus is on providing exceptional service and high-quality, efficient care to all individuals we assist.

We seek candidates who possess the following qualifications: a valid Texas state license; NCCPA certification with a minimum of two years of experience in an orthopedic setting; and a commitment to embodying our values and customer service standards. Successful candidates will exhibit strong leadership abilities, adaptability, and flexibility. Proficiency in basic computer skills and experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems are essential. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required.
