Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales funnel to meet or exceed established sales budgets
  • Grow existing market share and increase revenue through strategic sales efforts
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including manufacturing, fabrication, and shipping, to ensure seamless project execution
  • Manage relationships with customers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Utilize technology to effectively manage complex projects and stay organized
Requirements
  • 2 years of sales experience or 5 years of construction management experience
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business, construction, or project management preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
