**Job Summary**

As a key member of the CATEGORY 5 LLC team, you will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks using a forklift, operating the forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse, and maintaining inventory accuracy by ensuring proper labeling and placement of products. You will also be responsible for inspecting and maintaining forklift equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation, following safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries, and assisting with other warehouse duties as needed.

**Responsibilities**

• Load and unload trucks using a forklift
• Operate forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse
• Maintain inventory accuracy by ensuring proper labeling and placement of products
• Inspect and maintain forklift equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed
