Qualifications:

- Knowledgeable in interpreting and adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Familiar with safety and security protocols, reporting any potentially hazardous conditions.
- Capable of clearly presenting ideas and information in both oral and written formats.
- Willingness to meet the demands of the work schedule, including potential adjustments based on business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Verify customer identification to ensure compliance with age restrictions for alcohol purchases.
- Present the menu, respond to inquiries, and take orders from guests and/or serving staff.
- Prepare beverage orders, including wine, liquor, and beer selections.
- Prepare appetizers and food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Monitor seating in the lounge/bar area to ensure all guests receive timely service.
- Calculate bills and process payments, maintaining accurate sales records.
- Address issues related to excessive drinking by discontinuing service and alerting management as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of bars, work areas, tables, glasses, utensils, and bar equipment.
- Ensure the kitchen and lounge station is tidy, restocking supplies at the end of each shift.
- Plan, organize, and oversee the operations of the lounge/bar area.
- Prepare garnishes by slicing and pitting fruit.
- Arrange bottles and glasses for visually appealing displays.
- Create innovative drink recipes.
- Conduct weekly inventory of liquor, food supplies, and equipment, ordering as necessary.
- Maintain daily temperature and waste logs.
- Inspect foodstuffs and supplies to ensure they meet quality and quantity standards.
- Ensure proper reporting of tips for tax purposes.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum: USD $16.00/Hr.
