About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health team as a PRN (as-needed) nurse. As a Home Health nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes, promoting independence and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, document, evaluate, and teach patients' needs and care
  • Provide skilled nursing services to patients in their homes under the direction of a physician
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Manage a caseload of patients with diverse health conditions, providing education, treatment, and emotional support
Requirements
  • Current RN license in the state of Missouri
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing school
  • One year of experience in a related field (preferably home health or hospice care)
  • BLS CPR Certification through the American Heart Association
