Key Responsibilities- Coordinate Patient Care: Assist healthcare providers in delivering safe and effective patient care, ensuring that all necessary medical procedures and treatments are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to healthcare providers, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure that all needs are met and that patients receive the highest level of care.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Medical Assistant certification or registration required within six months of hire.
- Experience: Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred.
- Certifications: Current certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), or Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) required.
