Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive project schedule in collaboration with project management and subcontractors.
  • Utilize industry-leading scheduling software to develop, monitor, and analyze project timelines, including resource allocation and critical path analysis.
  • Oversee project controls to evaluate risks and recommend improvements to processes.
  • Assess the impact of schedule changes on project costs and timelines, ensuring thorough documentation and analysis.
  • Facilitate project scheduling meetings, ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets in relation to the established schedule.
  • Conduct scenario analysis and develop contingency plans to address potential project challenges.
  • Provide expertise in claims management and mitigation strategies.
  • Generate detailed reports and ensure their distribution to relevant team members.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is preferred.
  • 6 to 10 years of experience in project scheduling.
  • Proficiency in Primavera (P6 preferred).
  • Strong understanding of scheduling concepts, including baseline schedules and critical path methodologies.
  • Experience with claims and time impact analysis is essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and think solution-oriented.
  • Demonstrated experience in collaborative environments and complex problem-solving.
  • Experience in Heavy Highway/Bridge projects is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
