This fantastic opportunity for an experienced Associate Dentist comes with a chance to work 2-3 days a week (Flexible). You will have the flexibility to choose your schedule as per your preference.

Job Description

You will be responsible for delivering excellent patient care while ensuring seamless operations within our office. With a team-oriented approach, you will help maintain a positive atmosphere that prioritizes patient satisfaction.

Your role will focus on:

  • Providing high-quality dental treatments to patients
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with patients
  • Participating in growth strategies to expand the practice
Salary and Benefits

We offer an attractive salary package with estimated earnings potential of over $200,000 annually. As an Associate Dentist, you can enjoy the benefits of our flexible schedule, which allows you to balance your personal life effectively.

A comprehensive compensation package includes:

  • $1,500 CE stipend each year to enhance your professional skills
  • Outstanding earning potential due to FFS practice
  • 40+ NP a month, resulting in substantial collections
  • 32% of Collections contribution towards your income
Requirements

To succeed in this position, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Have at least 2 years of clinical experience in general practice
  • Hold a DDS or DMD degree
  • Be licensed or license eligible in the state of Maryland
