Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department Nurse to join our team in Cambridge, Maryland.

Compensation Package

The compensation package for this position includes a base salary of approximately $145,000 per year, which is competitive with industry standards. In addition to the base salary, you can also expect to earn additional income through bonuses and overtime pay.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the emergency department, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with a wide range of medical conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN license in good standing.
  • At least 2 years of experience working as an RN in an emergency department or similar setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions under pressure.
