Our client is seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician to enhance their operations.


Role Summary

The Field Service Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, calibration, modification, and troubleshooting of electronic and mechanical systems, adhering to the standards established for this role. The position may require participation in an on-call rotation and overtime hours.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Possess a solid understanding of the tools, practices, and materials used in electronic and mechanical trades.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of advanced electronic circuitry and experience with microprocessor-controlled systems.
  • Interpret blueprints, construction, and assembly drawings accurately.
  • Follow both written and verbal instructions effectively.
  • Calculate necessary materials and supplies for tasks.
  • Communicate clearly and provide training on work performed.
  • Read and understand technical manuals.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in servicing electronic and/or electromechanical systems or equipment.

AND/OR:

  • Two (2) years of formal training in electronic or electromechanical systems, information systems, network operations, or computer systems, or as approved.
